Your experience with The Paint Saint is important to us, and we are happy to offer free returns for 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mypaintsaint.com with your original order number or proof of purchase.  If your return is approved, we will provide a free shipping label in 1 – 2 business days.

Once your item is received, we will process your refund in 1 – 2 business days to your original payment method.  Please note that after we process your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card purchases.

Damaged Product or Missing Order

If your order is incomplete or arrives damaged, please email us at info@mypaintsaint.com with your original order number or proof of purchase and supporting documentation (photos of damaged product, etc.).  We will send out a replacement product at no cost to you within 1 – 2 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
